Opioid on Demand Overview
MSUCOM-SCS is pleased to provide your incoming residents with their on-demand Opioid Awareness Training – a LARA requirement. This is available to SCS Member Programs ONLY at no cost. If you have programs that are NOT SCS members, there is a $30 fee per person for the on-demand training program that can be paid for by the resident or the program. However, residents that use the promo code will be compared to the SCS resident list, and hospitals will be billed $30 per non-SCS resident that takes the training at no cost using this promo code.
Below are the instructions for the residents to complete the LARA Required training.
Do NOT share the code with those outside of your programs, as non-member faculty, residents, and other healthcare providers do have to pay for this service. This is a benefit to member programs only.
