Testimonials

"I feel the LDI allowed me to identify leadership skills I already have, those that need improvement, and to develop those I did not have at all. It was a small group of individuals who helped each other grow”
- Sharon Rouse, DO, DIO Henry Ford Allegiance Health
“The Leadership Development Institute helped me to find my vision as a leader and how to use my strengths to better impact my work on both a long term and on a day to day basis. It inspired me to consider novel ideas which sparked my interests and aided my path as a professional.  LDI allowed access to industry leaders whose wisdom is invaluable. The cohort of highly skilled, talented individuals provided a forum for idea exchange that was immensely valuable.”

“The Leadership Development Institute has been a transformative experience in evolving my leadership skills through a comprehensive approach including everything from reflecting on personal values and how they relate to leadership to learning how to approach many difficult situations leaders are faced with. The knowledge I have gained here translates into everyday work and in helping me to achieve future leadership goals."
-Stephanie Jalaba, MMS, PA-C, MSUCOM Department of PA Medicine
"I wholeheartedly recommend the MSU SCS LDI! It has been such an insightful way to guide you on your leadership journey. I have learned more than I could have imagined about leadership styles, how others navigate leadership and most importantly, I have been able to reflect on my own values and skills to make me more prepared for leadership challenges. I can not state how meaningful this program has been for me and I recommend it now to all of my colleagues"!
