About the Institute
The Leadership Development Institute is designed to empower leaders to promote a positive work environment, develop high performance teams, and to contribute to innovations in healthcare. The Institute is designed for leaders and educators within all healthcare disciplines.
Program Overview and Design
The Institute explores eight consecutive themes, each expertly led by our faculty and clinician leaders. This immersive, year-long program features a dynamic cohort structure, providing a rich blend of developmental experiences, self-reflective exercises, engaging in-person events, interactive virtual workshops, and a journal club.
