SCS Faculty and Professional Development
The Statewide Campus System (SCS) develops and delivers high-quality educational programs designed to support the professional development of our faculty. These events meet and exceed ACGME faculty development and Michigan State licensing requirements. SCS provides Faculty and Professional Development education and resources, including workshops, professional learning communities, and consultation.
MSUCOM SCS ACGME Regional Hub - Continuing Medical Education
MSUCOM’s Statewide Campus System is an ACGME regional hub for its experiential skill development course entitled Developing Faculty Competencies in Assessment. In 2015, the first regional hub pilot site was launched. The hub model was a resounding success; the ACGME Board approved the Faculty Development course hub model as a strategic initiative. In 2018, MSUCOM SCS became the ACGME's fourth hub site for the course. There are now 17 hub locations developed across the globe.
